These terms govern your use of iddguardian.com ("the Site"). The IDD Guardian application is provided to customer organizations under separate written agreements; those agreements control over these Site terms with respect to the application.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at a rate that disrupts service, or submitting unlawful content. We may rate-limit or block requests that appear abusive.
Content & trademarks
"IDD Guardian" and the IDD Guardian logo are trademarks of IDD Guardian LLC. Site content is © IDD Guardian LLC except where otherwise noted.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information here is general and not legal, clinical, or compliance advice.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
