Our mission
IDD Guardian LLC builds practice-management software for Intellectual & Developmental Disability (IDD) service providers. Agencies in this field carry an extraordinary documentation and compliance burden — across care plans, medications, incidents, visit verification, and state surveys — often spread across disconnected spreadsheets, paper binders, and aging systems. Our mission is to replace that patchwork with one secure, purpose-built platform, so providers can spend less time managing records and more time supporting the people in their care.
What we do
IDD Guardian is a single operations platform for IDD agencies. It centralizes client and care records, daily documentation, medication administration, incident and behavioral tracking, scheduling and transportation, electronic visit verification (EVV), and the auditable records agencies need to stay survey-ready. Each agency works in its own secure, isolated environment, with role-based access so staff see only the information their role requires.
Who we serve
We build for organizations that support people with IDD — across residential facilities, day programs, and community-based services. Because the platform is designed around the realities of IDD care specifically, it reflects the real workflows, terminology, and oversight requirements agencies face every day, rather than forcing a general-purpose tool to fit.
