Our mission
Agencies serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities carry an enormous responsibility — and most of them are doing it on a patchwork of spreadsheets, paper binders, and software that wasn't designed for them. IDD Guardian exists to change that.
Our goal is calm, dependable operations software: tools that make audits boring, that free staff to focus on the people they support, and that respect how care actually gets delivered day-to-day.
Who we serve
IDD Guardian is built for Texas HCS and TxHmL providers, ICF/IID facilities, and ISS / day habilitation programs. The platform handles the full lifecycle of an IDD agency — from intake and care planning through scheduling, documentation, compliance, and billing.
